Spring Equinox Nature Immersion ~ Birthing The New

Spring is in the air and nature is full of the potent energy of birth as buds emerge, shoots grow and blossoms begin to bloom. 

During this Spring Equinox nature connection immersion you are invited into Spring's energy of emergence as you are guided through a journey of mindful walking, sensory invitations and reflective prompts to:

• reflect on the seasonal wheel of the year 
• quieten your mind and engage with nature through your senses
• observe, explore and reflect on the underlying energy and qualities of birthing new ideas, directions, habits
• engage with and listen to nature's wisdom - asking 'how can we be more like nature?'
• integrate and complete the experience, with a period of sharing, reflection and gratitude

Each participant also has the option to purchase an essence combination to deepen their connection with the energy of birthing new projects, new careers, new directions, new habits - or simply embodying new ways of being in the world.

The experience will last somewhere between 3 and 5 hours offering fluidity that enables us to adapt to the conditions and circumstances on the day.  Please bring a picnic lunch to eat.

Your investment is £35 plus £10 if you wish to purchase the essence combination.

The National Trust have offered FREE entry to Ickworth for non members on this occasion as a taster session - so it's an ideal opportunity to try the event if you don't currently have membership to the National Trust.

During this event, we will walk across fields and along paths, covering a distance that takes around 1 hour to walk at an average and consistent walking pace, though our pace will be slower and we will pause at various points. Surfaces are uneven in places.
